All diamonds used by Pomellato come from RJC-certified suppliers, guaranteeing a responsible supply chain that respects human rights and the environment. White diamonds have a clarity grade of VVS to VS and a color grade of G to H. Black, brown, or "icy" diamonds meet specific criteria defined by the Maison. Black diamonds undergo heat treatment to achieve a uniform color, without compromising the safety or durability of the jewellery.

Pomellato jewellery is made exclusively from 100% responsible gold, sourced from mines certified to comply with international standards of transparency and traceability (RJC certification) or from supply chains committed to projects aimed at improving environmental sustainability.

Pomellato jewelry is designed for everyday wear and requires no special care, provided it is handled with care. Over time, gold can naturally lose its luster due to oxidation. Professional cleaning will restore its full brilliance. We advise against any self-cleaning, especially on jewelry set with stones, diamonds, enamel, or leather. To preserve their shine, avoid impacts and temperature fluctuations, and store your jewelry in a clean, dry place away from heat.

All Pomellato jewelry sold by Bijouterie Italienne is covered by the official Pomellato 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

• damage caused by an accident or misuse,
• normal wear and tear of the jewelry,
• natural alterations related to normal use,
• any work carried out by an unauthorized workshop.

Resizing a Pomellato ring is a delicate operation that depends on the model and the desired size difference. Some creations, particularly those set with natural stones, cannot be adjusted without altering their structure. In this case, a quote can be provided for the complete re-creation of the ring.
