Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy

 

At Bijouterie Italienne, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Below are our shipping, return, and exchange policies to ensure clarity for our valued customers.

1. Delivery Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Customised items may require additional time, and you will be informed of the expected timeframe upon order confirmation.

Important Information – Holiday Period
To ensure delivery before 25 December 2025:

  • Standard shipping orders must be placed by 18 December 2025.

  • Express shipping orders must be placed by 21 December 2025.

Orders placed after these dates will be processed upon our return, from 7 January 2026.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Free shipping is available for orders over $500.

Note: Any shipping costs exceeding $50 remain the responsibility of the customer, even for orders eligible for free shipping over $500.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard (3 to 9 business days within Canada)

  • Express (1 to 3 business days)

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and chosen carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you to follow your parcel in real time.

2. Returns Policy

Eligibility

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by complete packaging and documentation.

Refunds for diamond jewellery are subject to an assessment fee of $75 to $300.

Non-returnable Items

  • Customised pieces (resizing, engraving, etc.)
  • special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Rolex watches

Return Process

Please contact us at info@bijouterieitalienne.com to initiate your return.

Once contacted, we will confirm your return eligibility and provide instructions. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered. Otherwise, fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility
You may exchange items within 15 days, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by complete packaging and documentation. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Not eligible: sale items, customised items, special orders, gift cards, and Rolex watches.

Exchanges for diamond jewellery are subject to an assessment fee of $75 to $300.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 15 days for items in their original condition. Please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bijouterieitalienne.com.
An exchange or refund will be offered according to your preference.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by complete packaging and documentation.

Shipping costs are covered if the defect is attributable to Bijouterie Italienne.

Special Holiday Policy

Extended Exchange Period

Purchases made from 13 to 27 December may be exchanged or refunded from 14 December to 10 January 2026.

Exclusions:

  • No refunds or exchanges on:
  • Rolex watches
  • Special orders
  • Sale items
  • Customised items (resizing, engraving, etc.)
  • Gift cards

Diamond jewellery remains eligible for refunds and exchanges but is subject to an assessment fee of $75 to $300.
