Pomellato jewellery is designed for everyday wear and requires no special care, provided it is handled with care. Over time, gold can naturally lose its luster due to oxidation. Professional cleaning will restore its full brilliance. We advise against any self-cleaning, especially on jewellery set with stones, diamonds, enamel, or leather. To preserve their shine, avoid impacts and temperature fluctuations, and store your jewellery in a clean, dry place away from heat.

All Pomellato jewellery sold by Bijouterie Italienne is covered by the official Pomellato 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

Pomellato jewellery is delivered in signature packaging that combines luxury and sustainability. Each creation is presented in an elegant Pomellato case, inspired by the iconic Nudo design, placed in a bag in the House's colors, decorated with the emblematic ribbon.

The packaging design emphasizes eco-responsibility: the boxes are made from recyclable materials, while the bags are made of FSC-certified paper, guaranteeing that the fibers come from responsibly managed forests. The ribbon is made of Tencel, a naturally derived textile fiber. This packaging reflects Pomellato's commitment to environmentally friendly practices without compromising on aesthetics and the luxury experience, making each opening a truly special moment.

Resizing a Pomellato ring is a delicate operation that depends on the model and the desired size difference. Some creations, particularly those set with natural stones, cannot be adjusted without altering their structure. In this case, a quote can be provided for the complete re-creation of the ring.
