Watch Warranty
Watch Warranty Duration and Conditions
Bijouterie Italienne will provide after-sales service for each branded watch sold on our website for a period of 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase. Please refer to the specific conditions according to each brand.
What Is Covered by the Warranty
Watches showing signs of abnormal gain or loss of time, or failing to keep accurate time, will be serviced under our warranty programme.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
This limited warranty does not cover any damage where there is evidence of excessive wear, or if the watch is used under conditions that exceed the manufacturer’s water-resistance guidelines. Indirect and incidental damage is not covered by this warranty or by any implied warranty.
- Damage resulting from water or moisture exposure.
- External wear resulting from normal daily use.
- External damage to the product. This includes any damage resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch strap, bezel, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
- Defects caused by external force, improper use, or any accidental damage occurring from dropping or striking the watch.
- Any stone or gem lost or missing from the exterior of the watch or from the watch dial.
- Any external modifications or repair attempts by third parties will void the warranty.
- Any damage occurring if the watch is used in conditions that exceed the manufacturer’s water-resistance guidelines.
- Watches labelled as water-resistant are equipped with a screw-down crown. The crown must be properly screwed in at all times to prevent water damage inside the case through the stem. Water damage is not covered by the Bijouterie Italienne warranty or by any other manufacturer.
